China Everbright Bank has a plan in order to grow up their company.
Acconding to the plan, there are a benefit which has a plan to increase its initial public offering in shanghai to 20 billion yuan. China Everbright Bank would operate on the internet in order to promote its stock announce its IPO price, but China Securities Journal who is familiar with the issuance saying IPO price set at 3-3.3 yuan per shareholder. China Everbright Bank has a plan to increase the issue up to 6.1 billion shares in the IPO.Not only increasing the issue but also a green shoe option will offer from shareholder by 15 percent to 7 billion shares. Chinese bank have rushed in order to increase fund in this year and raise up IPO, Bonds and share sales.After that, the government will request lenders, so as to grow up their capital reserves after a lending activities last year. China Everbright bank is planned to be listed on the shanghai Stock Exchange on Aug. 18
In my opinion, China Everbright Bank should have more working in order to increase their opppotunities to invest in or make a lot of money for their business.
